Over the past decade, she has helped artists release records, grow audiences, raise funds, win awards, and bring ambitious creative projects to life. Through her collaboration with Laundry WRR, Erin helps shape what happens after the song is made.

She has supported artists including Mary Gauthier and The Secret Sisters to Grammy and Americana recognition, working across every stage of development — from emerging voices to established careers. Alongside her work in management, she teaches and mentors in Nashville, supporting the next generation of artists and entrepreneurs.

Adonis Tsilimparis has spent over two decades working across music supervision, composition and sync — shaping how songs find their way into the wider world.

From television series including CSI: NY, NCIS and Sons of Anarchy, to film, advertising and sport, his work sits at the meeting point between music and story.

Alongside this, Adonis has worked in sync licensing with companies such as De Wolfe Music and Nacional Records, bringing a deep understanding of how songs travel — and where they belong.

Sue Williams runs Frontier Promotions, a UK-based independent company working across press, radio and television.

Over many years, she has helped build artists from the ground up — including Joe Bonamassa, Beth Hart, Walter Trout, Alison Krauss, Eva Cassidy, Imelda May and Eric Bibb — as well as working with established voices such as Paul Rodgers, Mavis Staples, Etta James and members of The Band and The Allman Brothers.

Her work is rooted in long-term artist development and a deep understanding of how music connects with audiences.

Krista Mettler runs Skye Media, a US-based independent publicity company supporting new and developing artists through thoughtful, targeted campaigns.

With over 25 years of experience, her work sits firmly within Americana, country, folk and roots music — helping artists find their audience and build lasting momentum.

Alongside Skye Media, she works as a consultant with Nashville label Rock Ridge Music, bringing with her a depth of experience from both independent and major label PR.

Mark Allen is the co-founder of Blossom Agency, a Los Angeles-based digital marketing company working with artists across an increasingly data-driven landscape.

With deep roots in the LA music scene, his work focuses on understanding how audiences engage with music — combining creative thinking with insight into fan behaviour and platform trends.

Through Blossom, he has helped both emerging and established artists navigate the changing digital world and build sustainable careers.
