A small circle, built around songs

Laundry is built around a small, trusted group of people — each bringing their own craft to the process.

WRITE
Holly Lerski

Founder of Laundry WRR, Holly Lerski spent decades writing, performing, and releasing records that quietly found their way into the world.

A founding member of 90s folk-rock band Angelou, her songs have drawn praise from Uncut, Mojo, The Sunday Times and The Telegraph, and reached BBC Radio 2 daytime audiences. Over the years, her work has spanned major label releases, independent records, international touring, and self-produced albums — each shaped by a commitment to craft over trend.

Her most recent record, Sweet Decline, was written on a solo journey across America and brought to life in Nashville with producer Matt “Truck” Roley and a circle of exceptional musicians. The album was widely recognised for its storytelling — songs that feel lived-in, human, and true.

Across her work, Holly writes in search of connection — blending poetic instinct with real-world experience. It’s a craft shaped over time, guided by feel, and rooted in the belief that songs, when made well, have a way of finding their people.

RECORD
Matthew "Truck” Roley

Matt “Truck” Roley was raised in music — the son of a songwriter, growing up between road, stage, and studio. From an early age, he saw firsthand how songs take shape: something imagined, then suddenly real.

That early immersion became a lifelong path. His work has taken him across the world — from Nashville to Korea, the American Southwest to the Indian Ocean — playing stages of every size and working with artists across genres, always drawn to the same idea: the moment when a group of people bring something to life that didn’t exist before.

Now based in Nashville, Truck runs BunkerNoise — a studio he built around that philosophy. A space for collaboration, exploration, and making records that feel human, immediate, and true.

At the centre of it all is the same belief: that when the right people come together, something real can happen — and you can feel it.

RELEASE
Erin Anderson

Erin Anderson is the founder of Olivia Management and works with Laundry to shape what happens after the song is made.

With a background in artist management, consultancy, and entrepreneurship, she brings a clear, long-term perspective to releasing music — helping artists position their work, build the right team, and move forward with intention.

She has supported artists including Mary Gauthier and The Secret Sisters to Grammy and Americana recognition, working across every stage of development — from emerging voices to established careers. Alongside her work in management, she teaches and mentors in Nashville, supporting the next generation of artists and entrepreneurs.

Her approach is steady and considered, balancing creative instinct with practical experience. From release strategy to the bigger picture, she focuses on what gives the work the best chance of finding its place in the world.

At the centre of it is a simple idea: that good songs deserve the right kind of care once they leave the studio.

The Wider Circle

Around our core sits a wider community of collaborators — across music, management, promotion, and distribution.

These are people and companies we know, respect, and bring in when the work calls for it — helping songs travel further, reach the right ears, and find their place in the world. Here are just a few.
